The aim of EUROCONSTRUCT is to provide decision-makers in the construction sector and related markets and in ministries, agencies and national and international associations with information, analyses and forecasts to enable them to plan business more effectively.
Organized twice a year, EUROCONSTRUCT conferences provide three year forecasts for the main market segments (residential, non-residential buildings, civil engineering, with breakdown to new work and renovation) of European construction markets.

EECFA is a construction forecasting research cooperation of 8 Eastern-European national research institutes (Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine). The harmonized work was initiated by Buildecon which now acts as EECFA Central and Research Center.
EECFA publishes its analysis and forecasts on the segments (residential, non-residential buildings, civil engineering with breakdown to new work and renovation) half-yearly.
